Full Day Sailing Trip

A sailing day trip charter from Split, Croatia is the ideal way to see the Central Adriatic and the Dalmatia Islands. Spend a day discovering the islands of Brac, Solta, Drvenik or Ciovo from a different perspective.These islands have many hidden bays and and sheltered anchorages that are only accessible by boat. Enjoy the breathtaking views, take a swim in the crystal clear waters of one the many secluded bays along coast or just linger in the sun while sipping refreshing drinks and soaking up the Adriatic breeze.

The tour departs from Split where the skipper (Tim) and crew (Katie) along with first mate Freddy will be waiting to welcome you on board to begin a relaxing day of sailing. Once on board and underway guests can take the helm, help set the sails or just sit back and relax in the sun and enjoy the spectacular scenery and coastline. The island destination for the day is determined by the weather forecast to ensure safe and comfortable sailing.

First stop in the morning gives guests the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, then its on to one of the numerous picturesque villages dotted along the coast. Once moored alongside guests can go ashore to do some shopping, exploring or just relax in one of the many cafes. As the last stop for the day the crew will anchor ‘Mirjana’ in one of the protected bays for another chance to swim while the crew prepare a delicious Mediterranean lunch from local produce including salads, cold meats, cheeses, fresh bread, fruit and wines.

After lunch the sailing and sightseeing resumes as the crew steer ‘Mirjana’ towards Split on the homeward leg. Often the afternoon sea breeze provides the best sailing conditions. After a relaxing day on the water the tour arrives back in Split in the late afternoon.
